RDS-111 Specs

This family of single target systems for the RDS-112 offers a significant reduction in operating cost for any production setting. The 120 µA version offers the same single target production as an Eclipse HP running dual beam. If daily dose requirements are lower, or if your RDS-112 is only licensed for lower beam currents, either of the smaller volume options can be utilized to minimize raw material costs.
